It is the perfect replacement for fluorocarbons like R-12 & R-134a and being extensively used in refrigeration applications and automotive air-conditioning systems.

EcoraneTm R1150 is refrigerant grade ethylene (ethene), a natural, or "not in kind", refrigerant suitable for use in very low temperature refrigeration applications, such as those found in LNG liquefaction processes. R1150 is non-toxic, with zero ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) and very low GWP (Global Warming Potential). It is a flammable refrigerant and therefore not suitable for retrofitting existing fluorocarbon refrigerant systems.

EcoraneTm R170 is refrigerant grade ethane. It is a natural refrigerant suitable for use in very low temperature refrigeration applications. It is a flammable refrigerant and therefore not suitable for retrofitting existing fluorocarbon refrigerant systems.

EcoraneTm R1270 is refrigerant grade propylene (propene), a natural refrigerant suitable for use in low and medium temperature refrigeration applications. It is non-toxic, with zero Ozone Depletion Potential and very low Global Warming Potential.

R1270 is a flammable refrigerant and therefore not suitable for retrofitting existing fluorocarbon refrigerant systems.

EcoraneTm  R-744

EcoraneTm R-744 is environmentally friendly, having zero Ozone Depletion Potential and minimal Global Warming Potential. It also has excellent thermodynamic properties and low energy usage making it suitable for a range of applications such as industrial heat extraction, chilled warehousing, shipping vessels, commercial refrigeration, and mobile air conditioning. One major difference between R744 and other refrigerants is its pressure/temperature characteristic: because of its high pressure and low critical temperature, refrigeration systems require special equipment designs.
